Ingredients



  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes

  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • ½ tablespoon chili powder

  • 4 teaspoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 5 slices pork, turkey or beef bacon, cut into½" slices

  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1" slices

  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1" slices

  • 1 red onion, cut into 1" slices

  • 1 cup favorite Delta Heritage Moppin’ sauce



Instructions



  1. Soak 8 bamboo sticks in water for 10 minutes. (This prevents them from catching on fire) Preheat grill to 400°F. Brush grill grates with olive oil so skewers won't stick.

Grilled MOPPIN’ Cobb Salad


Yields 6-8 Servings

Ingredients



  • 1 bottle of Delta Heritage Moppin sauce

  • 1-1.5 lbs of chicken breast

  • 6 cups of Romaine

  • 5 cups of Spring Mix

  • 3 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 8 strips of bacon-cooked and chopped

  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar jack cheese blend

  • Fresh black pepper

  • Your favorite all-purpose seasoning blend


Instructions



  1. Season chicken on both sides with all-purpose seasoning.

  2. Grill or pan-sear chicken until thoroughly cooked.

  3. Halfway through cooking, top chicken liberally with Moppin’ sauce(both sides!)

  4. Once the chicken is cooked through, set it aside to rest and prepare the salad.
